Purses for a Purpose is an annual event that benefits COMPASS Rape Crisis Center (Sexual Assault Education, Prevention, & Support). The event will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at the Alex D. Krassas Event Center. Tickets are $60 with an early bird special of $10 off! This runs through March 13th 2026.

This exciting event will feature a live auction of beautiful designer purses, with all proceeds benefiting our mission to support survivors of sexual assault, give opportunities for prevention education and create advocacy support throughout Stark, Carroll and Tuscarawas counties. In addition to the auction, attendees will enjoy an open bar, hors d'oeuvres, and the chance to mingle with other supporters in a vibrant, night out atmosphere.

There will also be fantastic photo opportunities throughout the venue to capture memories with friends and fellow attendees - Whether you’re looking to add a stylish piece to your collection, support a worthy cause, or simply have a great time, this event promises something for everyone.
