Join us for this nurturing workshop, which offers a safe, supportive and uplifting space to rediscover hope, contentment, and genuine happiness within yourself—whether you are experiencing ongoing feelings of depression or simply wish to nurture greater balance and well-being in your life.
In this half-day workshop with Senior Kadampa Teacher Chelvi, who will guide you through simple yet profound Buddhist teachings and guided meditations, where you will explore how to:
The workshop will be held in the beautiful Friend’s Meeting House (next to Marlow Theatre), with light refreshments, and the opportunity to connect with supportive, like-minded people.
