By skilfully harnessing imagination, Tantra develops wisdom and compassion together, giving rise to a powerful bliss that liberates the mind and enables us to benefit both ourselves and others.In this series, Chelvi will offer a clear and practical introduction to the essential principles of Tantra. Through engaging talks and guided meditations, she will explain what Tantra truly is and how we can begin to use these special methods to transform our body and mind, experience genuine inner freedom, and move toward our highest potential.The series also provides excellent preparation for those wishing to receive Highest Yoga Tantra Empowerments at this year’s International Kadampa Summer Festival (24 July - 8 August 2026.)Sessions last for an hour and a quarter to allow for more discussion.They are suitable for those with more advanced experience of Buddhist meditation. Classes can be attended on a drop-in basis, as each session is self-contained.
