Don't get me wrong, I still love and teach Yoga, but I found solice and reconnected to my Chinese root with Qigong & Tai Chi. Childhood memories awakened, those days when I toddled behind grandma into the garden and observed her elegant Qigong movements. Then life and time changed, I moved to the UK and left the Chinese wisdoms at the back of my head.Not anymore! After some proper study, I'm ready to share the practice the little girl used to be curious, and the adult me now love so much.
