New Mum Exercise Classes
We are excited to relaunch our 5 star rated programme designed for new mummies with summer/early autumn 2018 babies.
Tone up and get fit with your beautiful baby by your side. No need for a crèche or babysitter.
Build the fundamentals of breath control, repair your abdominal muscles, strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, gain strength and flexibility.
This is an 6 week specialist programme led by a fully qualified and insured physiotherapist and post natal specialist.
We use small equipment and weights to safely prepare you for more intermediate and advanced exercise. Using a combination of Pilates, yoga, strength and conditioning we help support your journey to health and well-being as a new parent.
The new programme includes:
•Full physiotherapy led assessment of diastasis recti (abdominal separation)
•6 x 1 hour small group classes (max 6 to a group)
• 1 homework video per week to enhance your study
•Private Online support group and baby share facility.
•Post natal physiotherapy checks at 3 and 6 weeks.
• Priority booking for additional programmes and discounts on post natal services.
Investment: 75 (early bird discount 65 if booked before midday 31st October 2018)
Please note we are fully qualified and insured. We provide a safe space suitable for babies and have provision of a travel cot and toys, however, please feel free to bring your babies favourite comforter, baby bounce chair or other items that will allow baby and mum to feel relaxed and comforted.
