Improv acting & movement class

This is a woman only group and FREE.

The aim is to build confidence & resilience through improv using movement, action and words. No experience necessary.

'Our group aims to connect with others, cultivate a positive mindset and a bounce back ability. It is not a serious session but hopefully be filled with fun, positivity and a bit of sillyness.

Come along and give it a try.
