This is done mindfully, in silence, to fully appreciate the experience.Followed by a Meditation and Inner Journey, after drinking the cacao, you are invited to lie down or sit comfortably while being guided through a meditation letting the cacao aid in opening the heart and facilitate deep introspection, emotional release, and spiritual insight.Expression and Sharing following the mediation, you are invited to express or share anything about your experience.
