This workshop is open to adolescents and adults from all backgrounds to cultivate accessibility, connection, and wellness. This is a donation-based practice with all proceeds going towards Nikki's training to become a Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TC-TSY) facilitator based out of the Center of Trauma and Embodiment at the Justice Resource Institute.
