Join us at the incredible Storm Performance for a hands-on Erg Army workshop focused on ergs, efficiency, and HYROX race performance.

You’ll learn what actually drives performance on the ergs, how to apply it under fatigue, and how to carry it through into race day.

This session is entirely focused on the RowErg and SkiErg.

We’ll break down:

• setup and positioning
• sequencing and force application
• pacing and efficiency
• common mistakes that cost you metres, time, and energy

The goal is simple: faster splits, less energy cost, more left for the run.

This session zooms out to the full HYROX race.

We’ll cover:

• movement efficiency across all stations
• pacing and transitions
• how to execute when fatigue sets in
• making smart decisions that hold up on race day

This is about building a system where stations are completed faster and with less cost, so your run performance is protected.
In other words, this is how you keep progressing and keep PR’ing.
