Gather in sacred circle, on Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year - honouring the letting go & stillness of winter and welcome the returning of the sun & new beginnings. 
We will be taking part in ceremony, set around releasing and setting intentions. 
Breathwork. Movement. Sounds. Invocation. 
The exchange for this guided gathering will be accepted afterwards, by cash donation of whatever you feel it was of value to you & that also works within your available abundance. (Suggested $15-$30)
This gathering requires an RSVP to hold your space, as this helps us better prepare, as well as space is limited. Private message me, or call/text 250-688-0615.
We will begin at 6pm, at the Living Wellness Hub. You are welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes early - to enjoy community and settle into the space. Please arrive on time, as the door will be locked at 6pm - this helps to protect the energy of the container we will be creating. There is no set time that we will finish, as this allows for the space to flow and not feel constricted by time restraints. Please allow 2-2.5 hours for this gathering. 
Please bring something special that you might like to add to the alter, a water bottle, cozy warm clothing, and if you like, your favourite cushion & blanket (there will also be blankets and bolsters available). 
I look forward to holding space and guiding this circle, on this very special and sacred eve of the year.
