Paint and Meditate for Connection

This date's workshop will be centred around connecting to self & those we care most about, invite your friends, family, or your valentine!

Join Alyssa Caron and Dawn Saunders Dahl for a meditation-meets-watercolour workshop to connect to your intuition and creativity.

No experience with meditation OR watercolour necessary. We’ll supply the materials, you supply the excitement to create!

You’ll leave the workshop with your own piece of abstract watercolour and ink artwork and mindfulness tools to ignite your creativity.
