Flow Dance - Sat 11 April

Flow Dance: An embodied journey that blends freedom with awareness, expression with attunement.

What is it?

It is a free-form dance practice. You are invited to move instinctively, follow inner impulses, and at the same time stay attuned to rhythm, space, and connection — with yourself, the music, and others.

It is a living conversation between chaos and coherence, release and refinement.

The dance supports nervous-system regulation through alternation: moments of intensity and release are balanced by grounding, fluidity, and integration. You move from head to body, from tension to flow, allowing emotions, energy, and creativity to circulate freely.

Flow arises through attunement with yourself and with the other.

The varied music and the alternation between dance partners create a true discovery of yourself and of a sense of togetherness that nourishes the heart and soul.

The dance alternates between more intense moments, quieter ones, and more lyrical ones. Within ourselves and with each other, we dance playfulness, chaos, strength, fire, and water…

• 90 min – Flow dance

We dance in silence: there is no talking during the dance
We dance barefoot.
We only drink non-alcoholic beverages
