Join us for Canmore’s first clown picnic and parade! The Beau Valley Circus has banded with Whimsy the Clown to spread the magic of play into the streets.

Wear your most joyful outfit. Grab a red nose. And explore your inner clown! 

We'll warm up our clowns with some games hosted by Whimsy! Try out juggling, hula-hopping and more with an assortment of circus props for you to explore. 

This is a participatory event, not merely a performance. You are the clown! No experience required! Come be playful in a safe and supportive environment.

Light snacks will be provided. Bringing food for yourself, or to share, is most welcome.

After the picnic we’ll parade down Canmore’s Mainstreet to surprise and delight the tourists with our clowns.

This event is open to all participants. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
