*Rain or Shine!  We’ll gather by the creek in good weather or in the barn/pavilion if it rains.

Bring something to sit on and your favorite mug for tea!

Come as you are—muddy boots, tender hearts, and all.

This isn’t about sermons or shoulds. It’s about remembering how good it feels to:
🌲 Breathe with the land and let the mountain air clear your mind
🌿 Slow down enough to feel the small, sacred things around you
🦌 Share space with wild beings and kindred humans who care about connection
💚 Nourish your heart with simple somatic practices of presence and wonder

* Accessibility Note: we may walk down to the creek or we'll be under the covered pavilion if it rains.  

💲Donations are welcome: $10-$30.  No one is turned away for lack of funds — come as you are!  Cash or Venmo (@CaraHelene) are accepted.

You can also bring firewood or food to share if you'd like!
