Join us to hear the full story of Anamythos and to help us celebrate the next step of this new journey.Becoming a Member of the FellowshipThe ceremony will include both a full explanation of Anamythos and details of the process for becoming a candidate member for those who might be interested. From what we have seen, many people express interest once they understand the possibilities of how this means of community organization can help protect both personal and community freedoms, how it can help organize efforts to heal and restore local ecosystems, grow healthy food, restore hydrology, and create networks of mutual aid.Those who decide they would like to start on the path to membership will have the opportunity of becoming a member of the Anamythos Fellowship.ScheduleThe ceremony will proceed regardless of rain, so please come prepared if rain appears likely. We will put up shelter tarps in the ceremonial area if needed, but there is a walk between the parking area and the ceremonial space.There is way too much to fully list here, but a few key times and events include:4:00 p.m. Begin gathering at Earthsong5:00 p.m. Ceremony formally begins5:15 p.m. Walk to the Sacred Fire area5:30 p.m. Kindling of the sacred fire6:30 p.m. Celebration dinner7:42 p.m. Sunset, Telling of Machashabah and the Seven Medicine Weavers8:30 p.m. Music and storytelling around the fire7:32 a.m. Sunrise, sacred fire goes out8:00 a.m. Release of sacred space8:15 a.m. ClosingAttendees are welcome to stay with the sacred fire as it is tended through the night, but everyone is welcome to leave whenever they need.
