This yoga class is focused on gentle flowing movements to create balance and ease in the mind and body.500-plusYour Instructor: Bece Kidder is a Level 4 Franklin Method® Educator with 500-plus hours of yoga training certifications, including aerial yoga training. She has been teaching yoga for over 10 years in Portland, Oregon, and is currently teaching weekly Balance and Agility classes using the Franklin Method® exercises and techniques, as well as a gentle yoga class. You can attend her weekly classes on Zoom at becekidder.com or in Portland, Oregon, at the Southeast Woodstock Community Center.Swan Island Dahlias closes daily at 5:30 pm, so please arrive a few minutes prior to class and wait at the gate for staff to open the gate to let you in.Class is weather permitting, as it is outside on a grass area. If temperatures are extremely hot or poor conditions, the class will be canceled and a full refund will be issued. A minimum of 5 participants is required for the class. Please watch your email for updates if weather conditions seem iffy.Length of Class: 60 minutesWhat to Bring: your mat & water bottle.Leave with improved flexibility, energy, and a sense of well-being.Class Fee: $25*Classes are held outdoors on the grass near the dahlia fields.
