During the class, each guest will learn the basics of working with royal icing, including floral consistency control, icing color techniques, and floral piping techniques using petal and leaf tips. The instructor will demonstrate each step, and then guide participants as they decorate their own cookies.Each participant will decorate 4–6 floral cookies and arrange them into a small edible bouquet to take home. She specializes in hand-piped floral and sculptural cookie designs inspired by nature, flowers, and fine art.Originally from Ukraine, Anna began decorating cookies in 2015 as a creative project for her children, and it soon grew into a full-time artistic practice. Since then, she has taught hundreds of students through in-person workshops and online classes in multiple languages, helping people of all skill levels discover the joy of edible art.Anna is known for her detailed floral piping, realistic 3D cookie designs, and her warm, encouraging teaching style that helps beginners feel confident while still inspiring more advanced decorators.
