Join me for an immersive women’s womb healing circle in Canberra where we’ll awaken the light in your three feminine power centres through sacred embodiment practices.
 
This visceral, vocal, and deeply physical practice uses intention, breath, movement, and sound to bring conscious awareness directly into your pineal gland, heart, and womb space.

Together in our intimate circle at Soma Women’s Wellbeing in Dickson, we’ll journey through a complete process of connection, awakening, integration, and sharing, followed by nourishing hearbal tea to ground and celebrate our collective experience.
 
This sacred feminine embodiment work invites you to move beyond disconnection and step into your empowered essence as a woman.

✨ WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE:

? Sacred Intention Setting. We begin by connecting into our bodies and creating a clear intention for your womb healing journey.
? Guided Journey Through Your Power Centres. Using breath, intention, movement, and sound, you’ll consciously bring light and awareness to your pineal gland, heart, and womb space. We also honour many other organs of the body during this jounrey. This feminine embodiment practice happens with complete permission to express authentically in your private space.
? Conscious Release & Clearing. This womb healing work naturally supports the release of habitual tensions, blocks, and old energy patterns stored in these centres.
? Womb Light Expansion. As you awaken your womb centre, you begin to clearly define your own energetic space… the sovereign territory where you have the right to define your own truth, reality, and power.
? Rest & Integration. Time for your bodymind to integrate the shifts and for gentle journaling to capture your insights.
? Sacred Sharing Circle. The opportunity to be witnessed in your truth and to witness other women in theirs through our supportive women’s circle.
? Nourishing Herbal Tea Ceremony. We will share tea together, allowing the experience to settle and celebrating our collective journey of feminine awakening.

This isn't about perfect poses or looking good. It's about remembering what it feels like to be fully alive in your female body.
