It’s time to get spooky with SPOOKTACULAR! ??Join us at the National Zoo & Aquarium on Friday, 28th October for three hours of Halloween-filled fun for the whole family at SPOOKTACULAR! There will be frighteningly fun games, scavenger hunts, costume prizes, arts and crafts, delicious treats and of course, endless amounts of candy - so grab your scariest costume and BOO-k your tickets now!

From ghosts to ghouls, zombies to creepy crawlies, villains and more, join us for a spooky time this Halloween at SPOOKTACULAR! ??‍♂️?

The National Zoo & Aquarium’s SPOOKTACULAR is a family-friendly Halloween fundraising event. Join us for three hours of Halloween-filled fun for all ages, held on Friday 28th of October in the Viewing Area near the Rhino Bistro. The Bistro Entrance (at Carpark 4) will be open from 5pm, with the evening concluding at 8pm.

There will be goodie bags, endless candy (of course!), arts and crafts, a costume parade and even a dancefloor! Plus lots of fun activities and games for the whole family to enjoy! Including pumpkin bowling, the cauldron toss, ghost races, a very scary scavenger hunt, guessing competitions, spooky contests, a frighteningly delicious bake sale and more!!! ???

For their Trick-or-Treating fun, every child will receive their very own Halloween gift bag to store their yummy treats – with a snack and drink included! ?

Be sure to watch out for our Zookeepers treating our animals to some Halloween fun too! And don’t forget to wear your scariest Halloween outfit – there will be prizes for the best-dressed! ??‍♂️

All proceeds will be donated by the NZA ConZOOvation Team (NZACT) to the Australian Wildlife Conservancy – working to safeguard the future of Australia’s unique native species ?
