You welcome a cool breeze on your skin. As you are gently guided through 60 minutes of meditation, your body lets go a little more with each breath. You come to the end of the class, and your body is completely relaxed.Up above lies the moon, surrounded by thousands and thousands of tiny stars. You marvel at the simplest of pleasures and feel grateful that you had the chance to enjoy the stillness of the night.We welcome a new year with a positive intention by taking the time we need to rest, restore and renew.Open to all meditation levels, beginners to advanced. No previous experience required.
