About this event
In the first hour you'll be gently guided through 3 mindfulness meditations. You'll be relaxed but alert. We'll bring full awareness to your physical and emotional state, supercharging our awareness. By the end of the meditations you'll reach a state of deep relaxation, from your head to your toes and every cell in between.
Our coffee's will arrive at 10:30 and we'll talk about how you can bring mindfulness into your daily life in other ways. It's always nice to connect with new people in your community and with a facilitated discussion we'll take the awkwardness out of it for you.
You'll walk away from this event feeling, relaxed, connected, caffeinated, and maybe even inspired to add more mindfulness into your day.
Open to all meditation levels, beginners to advanced. No previous experience required.
Cost $35 includes coffee (or tea). We'll take orders as you arrive.

Please arrive from 9:20 for a 9:30 prompt start.
You might like to go for a walk around Lake Ginninderra before the class. Movement before meditation is always a good idea.

Park at 'Two Before 10 Cafe' or plenty of street parking. Enter the illesio studio via Bandjalong Cresent. It's the same enterance as the gift shop on Bandjalong Cresent.
