- **Event Name**: Hecate’s Daughters Too
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sun, 19 Jul, 2026 at 02:00 pm – Sun, 19 Jul, 2026 at 05:00 pm
- **Event Description**: Freya Morgan is described as “acoustic soul”, sweet & soulful music is inspired by growing up listening to traditional Irish music. Many of her songs recall stories from her overseas aid work. Freya has a strong vocal style and a dynamic performance with great depth to all her song-stories.

Jane Sarah Cane performs quirky original journeys and self-reflections, but you’ll know the stories, rich with insight, great patter between songs and more than a few laugh out loud moments. One of the stars of our recent ASA “WHO’S NEXT Young Songwriters Concert”, this is a uniquely open performer you’ll love sharing your arvo with.

Chillin’ are a warm and thoughtful duo of original songwriters with a smooth country music sound, great harmonies and plenty of ‘yeah, I know that kinda journey’ stories woven into magic live performance. There’s a genuine connection with an audience and a lot of gentle tongue in cheek humour that will keep you smiling.

Alice Cottee is hitting the refresh button. For over two decades, she has fronted bands in the realms of folk, jazz and punk rock: No Hausfrau, Dollface and Glitoris, respectively. Alice’s raw songwriting and velvet-coated croon has penetrated hearts in venues and festivals internationally and at home including Woodford, WOMADelaide and The National Folk Festival.
Alice is rediscovering her alt-folk roots; stripped back, acoustic, and vulnerable as f*ck.

Simone Dawson and Rita Woolhouse. Simone was inspired by her Gaelic-speaking cousin, who believed in faeries, folklore, and all kinds of magic. She’s been writing meaningful stories and compelling songs since she was twelve years old. Along the way, she was fortunate to meet the wonderful cellist Rita, and together they have shared many musical adventures. Blending friendship, creativity, and a touch of enchantment, Rita and Simone have woven their musical journeys together through numerous projects and performances.
