End Of Year Concert 2025

Join us for a wonderful afternoon of music as our students take to the stage for the 2025 End of Year Concert!

With over forty performers across four sessions, you’ll enjoy a diverse showcase of voices, genres, and stories, highlighting the hard work, growth, and creativity our students have poured into their music this year. I assure you, you're in for a special treat!

The event will be held upstairs at Smith’s Alternative, which offers full accessibility via the automatic doors to the left of the main entrance, followed by stairs or elevator access to the performance space. Guests are welcome to purchase drinks and refreshments from the downstairs bar or the adjoining café/bar area before and after sessions.

To help the day run smoothly, we kindly ask all guests to arrive at least 5 minutes before the session time to be checked in and be seated. We also ask that guests do not enter or leave the room during a performance, as this can be very off-putting for the performers. Printed programs will be available on the day, please take one to follow along and celebrate each performer.

Thank you for your ongoing support of our students and the studio. They’ve worked incredibly hard, and every performance represents hours of dedication, effort and courage. We couldn’t be more proud of them, and we’re so grateful to have you there to share in their achievements.

Tickets are $15 and are available from eventbrite only, no tickets will be available at the door. However ticketing will be left open until after the event (unless sold out prior).

Session Times for the day:

Session One (Supported Session): 12:10 - 1:00

Session Two: 1:20 - 2:35

Session Three (Supported Session): 3:00 - 4:00

Session Four: 4:25 - 5:45

A note on Supported Sessions: If you are attending one of our Supported Sessions, please know these are designed especially for our beginner or more nervous performers. Our goal is to create a calm, encouraging environment where students feel safe to take their time and perform at their own pace. Thank you for offering them patience, kindness, and plenty of grace as they share their music.
