As the season draws us inward, winter asks us to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the quiet currents moving beneath the surface. Like water, we are invited to become fluid—to release resistance, trust our intuition, and allow ourselves to flow with what is present.

Through breath, movement, and music, this journey explores the qualities of the water element: softness, depth, adaptability, emotion, and renewal. Melt what has become rigid, nourish what longs for care, and discover the strength that exists within surrender.

This is a space to move beyond striving and into presence—to honour the natural cycles of rest, reflection, and replenishment held within your body.

Expect a rich, immersive soundscape that ebbs and flows through spacious ambient textures, organic downtempo, ethereal world rhythms, deep bass, flowing electronica, and expansive melodic crescendos.

Together we'll journey through still waters into powerful waves of expression before gently returning to shore with a restorative sound bath featuring handpan and crystal bowls for deep integration.

Come exactly as you are, and allow yourself to flow.

This dance is an alcohol-free event / LGBTQI+ friendly / 18+ event.

Once the music has begun, we encourage you to keep talking to a minimum so everyone can fully immerse themselves in the embodied experience.
