Book Launch and Exhibition for 'Familiar Fragments' by Annie Franklin and Anita Patel

Join us at Gorman Arts Centre Main Hall to celebrate our new book, 'Familiar Fragments.'

This beautifully illustrated hardcover book is an offering of everyday objects, moments and experiences which make up ordinary lives—from custard jugs, recipes, and picnics to the sadness of watching aged parents decline and die.

Come and meet the illustrator and writer, browse through the book and enjoy an exhibition of luminous art. Pop in for a quick drink and some nibbles or stay for a while.

Signed copies of the book will be available at a special launch price of $35. Paintings by Annie Franklin featured in the book will also be for sale on the day.
