You will experience foundation breath awareness and discover why how we breathe is so important and how the breath can change our inner state. 

We will also explore spinal movements and the major movement groups of yoga practice. 

It's important to know how to look after your body, so we will also play with yoga props and see what we need to make sure we are practicing safely and most effectively for our body. 

This workshop will help you to feel confident to attend regular classes as you begin to understand your body, breath and mind.
