Madison County Historian Matt Urtz and Author Marilyn Higgins will lead a walking tour of unique spots on the Erie Canal that Marilyn used as motivation for her book “Dreams of Freedom.” Join us for a memorable evening as author Marilyn Higgins shares the fascinating stories behind her new book, Dreams of Freedom. It is a gripping historical fiction novel set right along the Erie Canal during a time of radical change, resistance, and hope.

Books will be available for purchase at the event.
