The Art of Heat - Hot Sauce Making Class @ New York Kitchen

🌶🔥 Join us for a flavor adventure on Saturday, November 22 featuring Karma Sauce, the legendary local hot sauce company lighting up taste buds (and celebrities) on the hit show, Hot Ones. In this class led by Founder Gene Olczak, you’ll explore how heat and flavor interact while discovering your spice tolerance in a fun and interactive experience.

You’ll sample a range of Karma’s bold, complex sauces from flavorful to ferocious. Each will be accented through a menu crafted by NYK Resident Chef Pamela Cecere of crispy fried chicken, a juicy pork slider, and a delicious chocolate brownie with ice cream to cool things down.
