Summer Solstice Cacao Ceremony

Join us on the evening of the summer solstice for a soul-nourishing experience designed to help you open your heart, calm your mind, awaken your body, tend to your inner flame, and rise to your fullest expression.

Through intention setting, mindfulness and sound healing techniques, shared through the ancient ritual of sharing cacao, you’ll reconnect with yourself and others, letting go of stagnant energy and igniting the fire of new possibilities within you.

Jennifer of Equilibrium Wellness will begin with a historical and
cultural exploration of the cacao ceremony, as well as its health
benefits.

The ceremony will start with an opening of sacred space. As we share in the ancient elixir of cacao, you’ll explore what is lighting a fire within you now, setting intentions for the months ahead. We’ll use grounding and meditative practices to harness the fire energy of summer, diving deep into the heart to invite connection to your innate essence and power.

We’ll cultivate self-love and relaxation through visualization,
intuitive journaling and sound healing.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal.
