Schedule: 8:15 AM – 8:30 AM: Arrival, quick check-in, safety briefing (15 min)
8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Easy group paddle (30 min)
9:00 AM – 9:15 AM: Gentle SUP Yoga on the boards (15 min) – slow, stable poses
9:15 AM – 9:45 AM: Floating Sound Bath + guided meditation (30 min) – participants relax lying or seated on their boards while I play crystal bowls, chimes, and other soft instruments. The gentle movement of the water amplifies the immersive healing experience under the full moon energy.
9:45 AM – 10:00 AM: Quiet integration + easy paddle back
Relaxed but complete, and everyone is off the water by 10:00 AM.
What’s Included:
Board, paddle, and PFD provided (Bring Your Own Board option for discount).
