Don’t wait on the top wrestler to execute their strategy. Our system teaches athletes of all levels how to process, retain, and execute high-level technique from bottom with minimal risk.

A major emphasis will be placed on our Granby System, including techniques and strategies to score from multiple positions by using your opponent’s pressure against them. Through purposeful movement, wrestlers will learn how to create openings and turn defense into offense—leading to big scoring opportunities.By combining our tactical bottom system with proven leg defense techniques, athletes will gain the confidence to choose bottom—no matter who they’re facing.

Where: Canandaigua Academy - 435 East Street, Canandaigua Ny 14424.
When: July 1st & 2nd - 9AM - 2PM (Lunch 11AM-12PM)
