                "description": "Hi all!  I've had lots of new followers the last couple of weeks and I'd like to introduce myself.  My name is erin johnson.  I'm a simple girl (that may be a tad high maintenance) who loves to craft.  I've been creating for as long as I can remember.  I am an Ohio girl, born and raised in the suburbs of Columbus.  We now call Canal Winchester home.   I am mama to Kole (16), Lanee (14), Abbie (9) & Brody (7).  Most days are filled with practices and appointments.  Although they make me pull out my hair, I wouldn't have it any other way.  My husband, Sean, is a patient guy.  Lucky for me because my creative mess often takes over.\n\nIn 2002, I began to teach papercrafting and worked as a designer for several scrapbook companies/magazines.  I've even designed and written my own idea book. \n\nIn 2008 I started fourmunkees and started selling my goods at some of the best juried craft shows that Columbus had to offer and sold at two brick and morter stores.  My focus was on children's clothing, dresses, tee shirts.  Bibs, blankets, plushies.\n \nIn the fall of 2014 I was given the opportunity to sell some of my items at a local store that I frequented named Georgie Emerson Vintage.   The things I started creating were a tad out of my comfort zone which pushed me to learn new things and work harder.  Polly often asks If I can \"make this\" or \"make that\" to which I always say \"let me see what I can do!\"  In the spring of 2015 she asked about signs and lettering and that's how it all began.  I found a new love that I am so proud to share with you all.  Every sign is hand painted and hand lettered.  Every sign is 100% unique, as they are all different.  I base coat, paint, cut, sand, assemble and stain each sign myself.  I couldn't be more honored to be called a \"Georgie Girl.\"\n\nI create things other than signs.  Jewelry, leather items, keyfobs, pompom banners & flowers, ornaments and pillows.\n\nI love the following...lowercase letters, polka dots, thrifting, fresh flowers, coca-cola, all things vintage (including Christmas and milk glass/hobnail) sarcasm, glitter and all things shiny (it's gotta be ADD), the ohio state university and watching my children do what they love. \n\nThank you for liking our page.  The name is important to me as it's my great grandmothers maiden name, my grandfathers middle name as well as my lanee girl's middle name.  Lane is short for lanee.  The & co includes my other munkees.\n\nI thank you all for your interest in harris lane & co. & your continued support."
