12:00pm-1:00pm: "PTSD Counseling"
Veterans and spouses are welcome. Learn how to recognize and understand signs of trauma and gain knowledge for healing.

1:00pm-2:00pm: "Life After the Uniform"
Gain understanding and clarity about navigating and adjusting to life after the uniform.  This session is appropriate for all stages of post-service life.  This session is appropriate for veterans or their loved ones.
