Food:
Nourish yourself with Organic Vegetarian food. Vegetarian meals that are seasonal, balanced & nutritious.

Most of the ingredients are sourced from family-run local markets, and organic. There are certainly Indian flavours, but also lots of options like raw items.

Breakfasts include local tropical fruits, homemade yogurts, freshly-baked bread and South Indian breakfast

For lunch & dinner, expect some North & South Indian vegetarian dishes, as well as raw dishes, curries & salads.

Unlimited filtered water, herbal teas, and of course Indian chai are available daily. All of the food is lovingly prepared by a team of Nepali chefs. They are well-versed with accommodating dietary restrictions.

A BRIEF DESCRIPTION ABOUT GOA AND AGONDA BEACH:

Goa is one of the South Indian states situated by the Arabian Sea on the west coast. Goa is known as ‘Tourist Paradise of India, as it is endowed with marvellous beaches, splendid churches and Temples, plenty of Sun shines, wonderful locations, warm and friendly people.

With its beautiful nature and culture, delicious food, Arabian Sea with dancing dolphins, Marvellous Sunsets and shadow of palm trees around, Goa attracts people all over the world who want to escape from cold winters in Europe and North America. Visitors spend unforgettable dream-holidays here and explore Indian culture in a safe and pleasant atmosphere. Goa is one of the most ideal places for Yoga practitioners as well as artists and dancers. Apart from many tourist attractions, Yoga, Meditation and spiritual seekers can find peace and silence here. Topography & Ambiance at Agonda Beach

Agonda’s beach is very simple and natural. TRIP ADVISER rated AGONDA BEACH as NO.1 BEACH IN INDIA and 2ND in ASIA. Being located in southern most part of Goa, is a calm, isolated and very Beautiful beach in Goa. It’s a small beach with 3 km long stretch with beautiful mountains lying in both sides of the beach forming a curvature like, which enhances its splendour. With pure waters, sandy slopes, captivating sunsets, green surroundings, Agonda Beach is a quieter, hassle-free and has relatively less “touristic” inflow.
Agonda is comfortably away from Railway and Bus stations which keeps it reasonable away from the daily inflow of single day-trip tourists and maintains its calm, peaceful atmosphere, most of the time. One can peacefully relax and meditate on the beach as there will not be any disturbance and distraction from salesmen, hawkers, masseurs etc., as they are not allowed by the local officials guarding the beach.

YOGA- BEACH: The absence of commercial hotels, big resorts or night clubs in Agonda, it is a perfect place for Yoga and Meditation practice. In the evenings, one can slowdown, swim and relax in the splendid Sunsets in the Agonda beach.

Distance from the Airport The nearest International Airport is Dambolim Airport and the distance is around 70 kms to Agonda. If one chose to reach by Train, the nearest major railway station is at Madgaon and it is 40km away from Agonda. However one can reach the local railway station at Canacona, which is 7 km away from Agonda and can reach by auto Riksha or local bus/Taxi.
How to reach to Acadamy – Travel Options :

Reaching by AIR: As the Goa is an internationally well known tourist place, most of the international airlines operate flights to Goa from all the major cities in the world. Direct charted flights are operated regularly to the lone International Airport in Goa– “ the Dambolim Airport” from all over the world, between Mid-October to April every year. Goa is also well connected by Air with major Indian cities like New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkatta, Bangalore, Chennai, Kocchi, Trivendram etc. Domestic airlines operate regular flights to Goa from the above cities.

Reaching by Rail Or Bus: The other means to get to Goa is the train that connects all the important cities in the country. The trains offer services that range from luxurious to budget catering to the needs of the travellers. One can also get to Goa by road from nearest major cities.
