We've pivoted a bit due to some scheduling requests and have decided to make our February weekend retreat a single day event.

Join us at Ray's hogan in Canaan from 10-5 on 2/8. We'll start with some yoga and meditation, spend some time outside working on crafting experience with the land, make a community meal over the fire (I imagine Ray could be tempted to make doughnuts as well), and end with more meditation, yoga and a sound healing with Dee.

This promises to be an amazing start to our 2025 retreats. Space is filling and very limited. Offered on a sliding scale of $125-175 for the day, with lunch included.
