SATURDAY, JUNE 27

WISE HEART-COMPASSIONATE ACTION WORKSHOP
Led by Angie Follensbee-Hall and Joshua Hall
TIME:  2:00-4:00 PM
How do we strengthen our heart and cultivate the inner wisdom and compassion that aligns our spirit with right action in the world? Through discussion, embodied movement, meditation, and mantra, you will begin to cultivate a wise heart to help you navigate life's challenges with more balance, peace, and compassionate action. (Evening Kirtan will focus on mantras and chants to further develop heart, wisdom, and compassion.)

CHAI & VEG POTLUCK
TIME: 4:30-6:00 PM
We will gather on the Main House Deck (or inside the Main House) depending on weather conditions. This is a time to chat with like-minded souls, enjoy the sanctuary grounds and mountain views. Bring a favorite vegan or vegetarian dish to share.

KIRTAN with Angie, Josh and Ko
TIME:      6:00-8:00 PM
We are delighted to have Pure Kirtan at the sanctuary again this year. Pure Kirtan has been performing their unique, energetic, and blissful style of Kirtan throughout New England since 2011. Angie Follensbee-Hall (vocals and harmonium), Joshua Hall (vocals and guitar), and Ko Dustin (djembe).

The group is a trio of spiritual practitioners, teachers, and musicians: Angie Follensbee-Hall, born in Catania, Sicily, is a yoga instructor, spiritual teacher, and fine artist who leads mantra and vocals. Joshua Hall, a classical guitarist, composer, and music teacher, leads on guitar. Ko Dustin, a yoga teacher and musician, masters the rhythm of djembe and percussion.
