ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

AMBER SUBAKI is an artist, illustrator, and cake decorator with over 20 years of experience in the disability sector and teaching art. Her nurturing teaching style supports all ages and abilities. Amber’s passion for cake decorating began 18 years ago and has since evolved into a rewarding side business, helping others create with confidence.

Ingredients list: butter, sugar, eggs, self raising flour, milk, vanilla, toasted coconut, baking powder, almond essence, food colouring

Please note: As a safety precaution, we won’t be using any nuts except for coconut and almond essence. Since we can’t be certain how some ingredients are processed, we kindly recommend that attendees with nut allergies take extra care and have a family member present to help ensure their safety. ABOUT THE VENUE

CHRISSIE COTTER GALLERY has an accessible bathroom. There is a set of stairs inside the building and a lift for wheelchair access.
