High dimensional flow cytometry analysis workshop

Join us for a hands on workshop exploring high dimensional flow cytometry data analysis using the Spectre workflow. Spectre is an R package and computational toolkit that enables comprehensive end-to-end integration, exploration, and analysis of high-dimensional cytometry, spatial/imaging, or single-cell data from different batches or experiments. This workshop is intended for those new to high-dimensional flow cytometry analysis or those looking to refine their skills.

This introductory workshop will guide you through raw data pre-processing, batch alignment/integration, clustering, dimensionality reduction and visualisation of flow cytometry data.
