Explore at the impacts of your carer role on your life, your identity and your plans for the future. We will then discuss the Carer Star - a simple tool that helps you reflect on seven key areas of your life and highlight where support might be helpful. We will walk you through what the Carer Star is, why it matters, and how to complete it.You will also have the opportunity to meet and connect with other carers who understand the joys and challenges of being a carer. Morning tea and light refreshments will be provided.
