- **Event Description**: Welcome to an evening of rest and relaxation!

Gather together on the night of the last super Full Moon of 2025, the cold moon. This moon ends the lunar cycle for the year and gives us a chance to reflect back on the past year.  Set an intention to release or let go of what no longer serves you and step into the end of the year, rested and restored and realigned with yourself.

The evening will start with some breathwork and intention setting. From there, join us on your mat, or chair if you prefer and settle into the stillness of Yoga Nidra.  Guided by Melissa, she will bring you into a state of relaxation and restoration.  Through guided scrip, you will learn to release and let go within your body bringing your mind and body to complete rest.
Couple this with the incredible gift of Reiki.  Kelsey and Melissa will provide mini Reiki sessions as you rest peacefully from the Yoga Nidra. Bringing realignment and peace within you, let the healing energy of Reiki bring you to a full reset.
