Through gentle breathwork, simple movement, guided meditation, and immersive sound from crystal bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments, you’ll be supported in settling the nervous system and opening to restorative stillness. Silence will hold space for integration, helping you carry jade’s harmony into daily life.
