Sound Sessions: The Colors of Stillness (Amber)

The fifth session of Katy Krevsky’s Colors of Stillness series invites you into the grounding warmth of amber. This color radiates stability, vitality, and connection to the earth... like the steady flame of a fire or the golden light of late afternoon. Amber calls us to release heaviness, settle into the body, and find comfort in presence.

Through gentle breathwork, simple movement, guided meditation, and immersive sound from crystal bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments, you’ll be supported in letting go of tension and opening to the restorative glow of sound and silence.

Whether continuing the series or stepping in fresh, this evening offers a space for balance, renewal, and embodied stillness.
