Open To Joy Annual Holiday Restorative

Join us for our fourteenth annual Christmas Eve tradition, a quiet morning of restorative yoga designed to ground the body and soften the edges of the season. We will settle into supportive postures with plenty of props, gradually moving toward more open and uplifting shapes.
Expect gentle sound, soft scent, music, and a touch of poetry woven throughout the practice. This class is a space to breathe, release the weight of the year, and make room for a steadier sense of joy.
A portion of proceeds will be donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
