This August Women's Circle sits right on the threshold of the new season, a time the Vedic tradition recognises as the beginning of a new solar cycle. Guided by Raewyn, our Ayurvedic practitioner and yoga teacher, the evening draws on ancient seasonal wisdom to help you reflect on where you've been, reset your daily rhythms, and step into spring with intention.

This isn't about overhauling your life. It's about making small, considered shifts, in how you nourish yourself, how you move, how you rest, so your body and energy can move with the season rather than against it.

You'll leave with practical Ayurvedic tools you can actually use, and a clearer sense of what you're ready to carry forward and what you're ready to let go.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR:

Raewyn Fernandez is an Ayurvedic practitioner and yoga teacher with a deep grounding in Vedic wisdom and seasonal health. She has a gift for translating ancient practices into simple, liveable tools — the kind you'll still be using weeks after the evening ends.
