- **Event Description**: Alrighty, big news! I've been saying for a little while stay tuned for Giving and Service Projects, well here we GO! Starting THIS SUNDAY October 19, we will be collecting items for the Food for the Soul Shelter of Kershaw County located in Camden that serves so many people in our county and surrounding communities! I extended the date to November 16th because that's the day that we get to go volunteer, serve, and help out! This is for young and old, kids, teens, young adults, parents whoever. We can have no more than 20 people in our group. I will be putting out a sign-up sheet this week! There will be boxes out for donations or just drop them off in our Reach Room or Pastor Wes's office across the hall. We want to not only come and show up to serve but bring ALOT of donations with us. I can get their wishlist of most needed items to post as well. Parents, please be advised this IS a homeless shelter when bringing your small children, and use discretion, precaution, and good judgment on behalf of your family. BUT it's important to teach and show, lead by example that sometimes in life people don't have all the things we have or are blessed with and we can help those in need! 

I hope you will join us after Sunday service from 1:30-3:00 pm at Food For The Soul in Camden. Come be THE CHURCH, outside the church walls!
