That’s right — Lise from Positive Inspirations and Heather from Hypnosis 4 U are joining forces to bring you a powerful, heart-lifting drumming experience right here in our local community.

We’re also beyond excited to welcome special guest Rafic Semrani, one of Sydney’s most gifted drummers. We’re so lucky to have him join us for what’s sure to be a magical, high-vibe day!

? Hand drumming is more than a feel-good activity — it’s soul medicine.
It helps release stress, lifts your energy, fosters connection, and awakens something deep within.
No experience is needed — just bring your heart, your hands, and your loved ones.

This is more than a workshop — it’s a celebration of rhythm, healing, and community.

? New Location: Burrell Road Riverside Park, The corner of Burrell Rd and Attwood Rd, Spring Farm. 
?️ Backup Location (if it rains): Positive Inspirations Camden: Meditation & Healing 26-28 Elizabeth St, Camden. 
?️ $30 per person (+ $1.25 booking fee)
? Optional drum hire: $5 (limited availability — first in, best dressed!)
Or bring a yoga fit ball (available at Kmart for $9), or your own drum if you have one!
EVENT WILL BE ON RAIN, HAIL OR SHINE. ?✨

We're planning to bring weekly Wednesday night drumming classes to Camden, and this event is the perfect way to see if drumming lights you up.
