Join us for a wonderful Holiday celebration in the weekend of Friday December 5th and Saturday December 6th. A tradition in Camden that kicks off the holiday season during the first weekend of December. This year is no exception: celebrations include the annual holiday parade, stores open late with ongoing sales, carriage rides, a tree-lighting in Harbor Park, carolers, the “real Santa” arriving on a lobster boat, and many crafts, fairs and activities throughout the Midcoast communities.
This package includes a Christmas cookie baking and decorating class on Saturday afternoon and in the evening you are invited to the Feast Of Seven Fishes an Italian American Christmas celebration with dishes of fish and seafood, co-hosted by Browne Trading Company in Portland and Barton Seaver, a globally recognized leader at the intersection of culinary innovation, sustainability and public health. Barton will talk about his new cookbook “The Blue Food Cookbook” written with Andrew Zimmern the Emmy and James Beard award winning chef.
