Bec’s Women’s Circle is designed to create connection and community with like-minded women in a safe and confidential holding space. The centrepiece of the experience is a cacao ceremony and open sharing circle. Let's skip the smalltalk as we chat, laugh, (possibly cry!) and most importantly feel seen and heard.


Get to Know the Facilitator

Bec is a yoga teacher with a passion for storytelling and authentic connection. In her classes, you’ll often hear tales—from ancient mythology to personal anecdotes—woven through asana and breathwork. She believes stories help us understand ourselves and each other. There is something very powerful that occurs when we hear our own story in the words of another.


Who Is This Workshop For?

This circle is for women of all ages and backgrounds who:

Crave deeper, more meaningful conversation and new friendships
Are curious about cacao ceremonies and their heart-opening benefits.
Enjoy sharing stories or simply listening to the wisdom of others.
No yoga, cacao, or spiritual experience is needed—just come as you are.
Women with babies under 6 months are free to bring their baby

This event is a beautiful blend of movement, mindfulness, ritual, and storytelling. You’ll leave feeling grounded, seen, and part of something greater.
