Drawing on over twenty years of experience designing and facilitating strategic processes, Robert explores why traditional strategy conversations so often break down — and what LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® reveals about how groups actually think together. Using examples from academia, the public sector, and industry, he will outline key principles for enabling deeper collective sense-making, surfacing assumptions, and building genuine ownership of strategic direction. The session is conceptual and reflective rather than instructional.
