For one night only, our Collections Manager will unlock the doors and take you behind the scenes...The Book Nook with the Whipple LibraryTread carefully on your way to our Victorian Parlour: the Whipple Library team will have an array of their most unusual books for you to study... if you dare.Plus Explore the Museum at your own pace after dark. From a lightning house to a strange colony of fungi, who knows what you might spot?Need to know infoThe event is free and there's no need to book: just drop in.The event is suitable for ages 16+.Capacity on the tours will be limited due to the nature of our spaces. We'll offer multiple tours on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up for tours at the welcome desk when you arrive. A full tour schedule will be published on this page nearer to the event.Please note that the candles will be LED to avoid burning down the museum! But they will be spooky...
